Kidz Klub

Need to bring your kiddos with you? No problem! We have a Kids Room available for your little ones to play while you work out. The Klub is supervised by a volunteer "mom" Monday - Friday for our 8:30 & 9:30am classes - and it's FREE!!!

This place is the best! I recently moved to Parker and was looking for a Zumba class I could take. I found Parker X Fitness online and decided to give it a try. One class and I knew I found something special. Trina is awesome! Her energy radiates and her classes are so much fun! Being the new person in class can be intimidating, but the people who go here have been so welcoming and friendly, and also motivating! After class, someone always asks me if they will see me tomorrow or tells me I have to try this class or that class. Thanks to them, I keep trying new classes and every class I've taken has been a great workout and the instructors are all phenomenal. Another reason that I love Parker X Fitness is that they offer free child care during their 8:30 and 9:30am classes during the week. The moms who watch the kiddos are amazing and my 1 and 3 year old love coming here! Classes

Class Descriptions

BARRE

Barre is an all-body workout with special emphasis on the hips and legs. Borrowing from ballet, yoga and Pilates, you’ll do smaller isometric moves that work both small and large muscle groups. Expect to break a sweat as the pace does create a cardio element to class as well. Many of the exercises are done at the barre, but also includes work on the mats, with hand weights and other props. This is a barefoot class. All fitness levels welcome.

Dance Fit

Dance Fit is a fusion of today’s hottest music paired with fun moves such as aerobic, plyometric, hip hop, kick boxing, core building, salsa, and more. Dance with us in the cardio portion for 40 minutes and finish with strength training for the last 20 minutes to get a complete workout! No Dance ability required! Just a willingness to move and have fun!

Pilates Sculpt

Train N Tone (TNT)

Work your muscles in every way possible by warming up, developing strength and improving flexibility. This dynamic class offers a variety of basic and effective exercises (resistance training and Pilates) that will create lean muscle definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat. You will utilize your own body weight, bands, fitness balls, and a choice of weights that will inspire you to get the results you came for. Be ready to have fun, work hard, and GET RESULTS!

Yoga Stretch

Yoga stretch offers a mixture between strength building asanas, core work, easy stretching and poses to help increase flexibility. You will go through sun salutations and have the opportunity to move through the poses with your own breath, pace and organic movements. All levels welcome!

Zumba®

Perfect For everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Zumba® Toning

Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!

The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

Gianna

Gianna is a classically-trained Peak Pilates Comprehensively Certified Instructor; trained in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Barrel & Cadillac. She discovered the endless benefits of pilates while rehabilitating from a broken back injury in 2001. Her fitness career began while in college, at the University of Nebraska in the mid 80s ;Gianna holds many certifications including: Barre, Spinning, NSCA-Personal Trainer, BodyPUMP, Step, Kettlebells, Kickboxing, Stability Ball, Aqua & more.

Gianna hopes that her love for Pilates and with the knowledge she shares in her classes, members will see that Pilates is so functional, that you will notice a Positive difference in the way you sit, walk, stand and feel every day.

Pilates is all about training the Core and More! Slow down and join her for a Pilates class, you will notice the fine adjustments required to activate muscle groups you never knew you had. If you have never taken a pilates class, you might have some pre-pilates intimidation, but be assured, it’s not as scary as you think. Things like pivoting your pelvis to inner core work and concentrating on technique rather than speed during a workout can have many benefits in day-to-day life and staying in the present moment.

Hanny

I was born and raised in Alaska and moved to Colorado in 2009. I did volleyball and swimming for about 10 years and Tae-Kwon-Do for 20 years. I found yoga in 2011 and ever since then have had a dedicated practice which led me to teacher training. I wanted to learn more about the practice, but never intended to teach, however an opportunity came up and with a little bit of peer pressure I am now in love with teaching!

Ines

I was born and raised on the east coast and have been living in beautiful Colorado since 2005. I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones, crafting and hiking in this picturesque state. I also love to dance and am passionate about fitness. I have been a group fitness instructor for over thirty years with experience in PiYo, P90X, Spinning, Kickboxing, Step, Slide, Hi-Lo Cardio, Boot Camp, and the Les Mills programs Body Combat, Body Flow, Body Step, Body Pump & RPM (Cycling).

I am certified by AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), Body Pump and PiYo. In addition, I am licensed to teach Zumba Basic 1 & 2, Zumba Sentao, Zumba Gold, Zumba Step and Zumba STRONG.

Jen

Looking for inspiration and motivation? I know I was when I moved to Colorado a few years ago. After having two boys, (both under 4), I was looking for something for ME that I could enjoy regularly that would make me feel like a better person, wife, and Mom. Parker X Fitness is just the place.

I started Zumba in 2010 and never looked back! I have a background in dance and cheerleading so Zumba came naturally. I get bored easily working out on my own and instantly fell in love with Zumba because who doesn’t like to PARTY with friends! Best of all, it’s so much fun you don’t even realize you’re working out.

When I’m not doing Zumba my happy place is hiking in Estes Park with my family.

Jessy

Jessy Mancha started his career as a Licensed Zumba® instructor in 2011 but didn’t start teaching until a year later. Previously has danced Mexican Folkloric professionally since he was in his teens. While traveling state to state performing the regions in Mexico from Jalisco, Veracruz, Tamalipas, Tabasco, Nayarit, Norteno’s and various other regions in Mexico. That is where he gets his style from and uses what he has been taught from dancing and the Zumba® format. Combining both styles to create his classes he teaches now.

Jessy Mancha is a licensed Zumba Instructor for Zumba®, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Zumba® Step, and used to be a Licensed Trainer for Zumba® Fitness. He’s bringing his style, crazy energy, enthusiasm and experience to ParkerX where he currently teaches on Tuesday evenings 7:15pm and Friday afternoon at 12pm.

Also holds these certifications AFAA - GF, AEA Aqua, AAAI/ISMA – PT, AED/CPR

In addition a full time job designing in the Engineering Industry but will always love to dance and will continue dancing as long as he can.

Marina

My name is Marina, and my background is in both strength & conditioning and yoga. I studied Exercise Physiology & Sport Management in college while also playing collegiate softball, so I have a huge passion for health & fitness! I have my own health coaching company called MVP Wellness, and am so excited to offer my group fitness services at Parker X!

My husband, Payton, and dog, Blizzard, and I live in a little town home right off Main Street. We absolutely love Parker, it is such a fun and growing community! I have met quite a few of you at the other classes, which has been so fun. I have built this barbell class to be appropriate for both beginners and regular weight lifters, so please come try it out!

Melanie

Hello everyone! My name is Melanie and I was born and raised in south central California in a little city called Bakersfield. My parents moved me to Utah when I was almost 16 and got me a membership to the local gym and have worked out ever since. My favorite is group classes and I had always wanted to teach but never felt brave enough to get up in front of people! That is, until I took my very first POUND class 2 years ago when I went back to that old gym in Utah one spring break. My old friend from high school taught it and it was love at first Pound;) She later talked me into getting certified, even if it was just for me so I agreed! After learning a lot of songs I figured I had to get out and teach since it was too fun to keep to myself . I've always loved the drums and have wanted to learn to play but adding drums to my cardio was hitting the sweet spot. I've now been certified almost 2 years this summer and still love teaching ! Pound is about really feeling and focusing on the music and rhythm while toning and shaping the body. If you have a passion for music I hope you'll join my class!

Hi all! I’m Hollie! A Colorado native and outdoor enthusiast! I have been in the fitness industry for most of my life, helping people reach their goals and feel great in their skin is what I love to do! I certified in POUND in May of 2018 and have found it to be my all time FAVORITE fitness program. For me POUND is therapy!!! FUN, effective therapy! I hope to see you in class sometime.

Rebeckah "Jersey"

Fitness = Fun! Say what? That’s right! It took me a while to figure this one out but after taking a few classes with Trina Cernich at ParkerX Fitness club, this became my reality! After losing 46 lbs., I realized I NEED to help others do this too!

So now, I am a Zumba, Strong by Zumba and CIZE Live Fitness Instructor! (Many more certifications to come..Keep an eye out!) I motivate you to work out, without even knowing you are working out. The key is FUN! If it’s not fun, then I’m not doing my job! My goal is to have you smiling and sweating more than you ever have before… AND KEEP WANTING MORE!

Besides teaching and taking classes at ParkerX, I love to golf with my husband and spend time with our beagles, Roxy and Sambuca. I am a Business Training Consultant, as well. Teaching and training has always been my passion, whether for a company or a fitness class. Watching people grow and learn is the best feeling!
