Need to bring your kiddos with you? No problem! We have a Kids Room available for your little ones to play while you work out. The Klub is supervised by a volunteer "mom" Monday - Friday for our 8:30 & 9:30am classes - and it's FREE!!!
This place is the best! I recently moved to Parker and was looking for a Zumba class I could take. I found Parker X Fitness online and decided to give it a try. One class and I knew I found something special. Trina is awesome! Her energy radiates and her classes are so much fun! Being the new person in class can be intimidating, but the people who go here have been so welcoming and friendly, and also motivating! After class, someone always asks me if they will see me tomorrow or tells me I have to try this class or that class. Thanks to them, I keep trying new classes and every class I've taken has been a great workout and the instructors are all phenomenal. Another reason that I love Parker X Fitness is that they offer free child care during their 8:30 and 9:30am classes during the week. The moms who watch the kiddos are amazing and my 1 and 3 year old love coming here! I am so glad I found this place which, after one month of coming to classes, has made such a positive impact on my life. I highly recommend giving this place a try!!! - Lauryn B.

We are offering classes both in our studio and virtually through ZOOM. We are following CDC guidelines with regards to COVID-19. The max amount of students we can have in the studio at this time is 17. Our floor has been measured and marked for dancers to be socially distanced at 6ft apart. We have 15 minutes blocked between classes for sanitizing high touch areas.

Your Instructor:
Courtney Lockwood started dancing when she was 4 years old. She grew up in the dance studio, competitively dancing until she was 18. She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and hip hop. At age 18, she found her passion in teaching. She loves teaching dance to all ages! Courtney is also a former Denver Nuggets Dancer! She is also a licensed Zumba instructor; parents be sure to check out her schedule here at Parker X! Courtney is a native of Colorado and loves spending time with her husband, two sons and her puppy Elle.
